I’m a designer who thrives on making lives better for myself, my peers, and users alike. I've transitioned from a self-taught designer to a dedicated manager. I am focused on creating a space for trust, learning and growth for the team of designers I work with. I strive to balance the needs of both, people and business stakeholders, when designing products.

In my role, I've donned many hats - from implementing design systems and fostering cross-functional collaboration to managing resources and cultivating a culture of continuous learning. Armed with Figma expertise and a knack for organising chaos, I've streamlined workflows and embraced the latest design technologies, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.

My teammates lovingly call me the 'mother of the team' because I'm always there to lend a helping hand, no matter the situation. Supporting my team members and ensuring they have everything they need to excel is a significant part of who I am as a leader. I'm a curious soul who loves diving into various topics, and my passion for learning has helped me become a versatile leader who can offer valuable insights across different domains.

I am a partner to a loving and caring home-maker and a father to a cute toddler, loving and enjoying every second of fatherhood. While I can’t wait for her to grow up so we can have endless conversations, I also feel emotional seeing her grow up so quickly. One of my favourite moments was when my daughter uttered “da-da”. It was a simple yet profound experience that made me realise how quickly time flies. Like my jobs, I have been lucky to not shift too many houses. I've been in Bangalore long enough (12 years now) to call it home.
